Cascade Clamps - Cascade Manufacturing Company was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1943. They began as a small machine shop in the beginning employing four people. Product sales for their initial year of operation totaled 60 thousand dollars. The first recorded sales revenues involved the machining and assembly of stainless steel valves, pipe fittings and different parts. During five years of operation, the business had stretched to 40 workers and their annual sales volume had increased to three hundred thirty thousand dollars. Today, Cascade is one of the leading worldwide producers in the material handling industry.
